Mini pastries are sold by the dozen with a minimum for two dozen each flavor. 

Each dessert is one or two bites and it is recommended to allot 3 per guest.

  • Lemon Blueberry Tartlet- gluten free vanilla tart shell, fresh blueberry, lemon curd, white chocolate and meringue (GF)

 

Fall & Winter:

  • Pumpkin Espresso Cheesecake-espresso tart shell, pumpkin spice cheese cake, whipped cream, chocolate covered espresso bean

  • Lemon Pomegranate Tartlet-vanilla tart shell, fresh pomegranate seeds, lemon curd, white chocolate, meringue (GF)

 

Year Round Flavors:

Fruit Tart- sucre tart, frangipane- fresh berries (available April-September) 

Golden Pistachio “Baklava” Tartlet- philo cup, pistachio honey mousse with candy orange, orange water mascarpone, candy pistachio
